3. User Accounts
You must be 18 years or older to use our services. Provide accurate information, maintain account security, and accept responsibility for all account activities.
4. Service Usage
Use our services for personal, non-commercial laundry needs. Prohibited activities include fraud, harassment, payment system circumvention, and unauthorized commercial use.
5. Laundry Services
Vendors are independently operated businesses. We verify credentials but don't guarantee specific results. Customers must provide accurate item counts and report issues within 24 hours.
6. Payments and Fees
Service fees based on item types and quantities. Payment authorization for estimated amounts, with final charges based on actual service provided.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Free cancellation before pickup, partial charges for late cancellations. Full refund for service failures, partial refund for quality issues.
8. Liability Limitations
Maximum liability limited to service cost. Not liable for pre-existing garment conditions. Customers responsible for accurate item disclosure.
9. Intellectual Property
RinseRush owns all platform intellectual property. Users retain rights to their content and grant us license for service provision.
10. Termination
Users may delete accounts at any time. RinseRush may suspend or terminate for violations, with notice provided when possible.
11. Dispute Resolution
Contact customer support first for resolution. Arbitration preferred over litigation, governed by Nigerian law in Lagos venue.
